Who We Are
Mansbridge Motors has been part of the Warrnambool community for over 40 years, proudly delivering honest, high quality automotive care across generations. Our journey began in 1984 when Terry and Carol Mansbridge opened a small workshop on Lava Street, directly opposite St. Joseph’s Church. With a commitment to personalised service and mechanical excellence, the business quickly earned the trust of local drivers.
As the business grew through the 1990s, Mansbridge Motors moved into its current home, the former Fletcher Jones maintenance sheds, allowing us to expand our services and better serve our loyal customer base.
In 2008, the next generation stepped in as Terry and Carol’s son, Alan, who had been working in the workshop since the age of 16, and his wife Julie, took the reins. Under their leadership, the business continued to evolve while staying true to the values it was built on: reliability, quality and trust.
In 2025, the family legacy was proudly passed to a third generation, with Alan and Julie’s daughter Sophie and her husband Bryce now leading the team. Their goal is to uphold the longstanding reputation of Mansbridge Motors while continuing to provide friendly, face to face service and quality workmanship to every customer.
From classic cars to modern vehicles, we offer complete servicing and repairs carried out by a skilled, approachable team. We also offer a complimentary drop-off and pick-up service for customers in the Warrnambool area.
We have proudly been a member of the VACC since 2001.
At Mansbridge Motors, you’re not just another booking, you’re part of a story that spans decades.
